1. What is included with the rent or studio agreement at Sola Salons? Your Sola studio is fully equipped for your beauty or wellness business. It includes cabinetry, a shampoo bowl (if applicable), and a hand sink. All utilities—water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and HVAC—are covered in your rent. Our maintenance team handles any plumbing, electrical, or Wi-Fi issues, and we offer after-hours emergency support for your peace of mind.
2. What lease terms are available, and are there flexible options? We offer both one- and two-year lease options, with weekly rent payments. The two-year lease is our most popular choice, as time flies and it offers more stability! We also offer incentives for renewals and referrals that can help you save money. Rent is automatically withdrawn every Monday from your designated bank account, so you never have to worry about submitting payments manually.
3. What marketing and business support does Sola Salons provide? Sola Salons offers comprehensive marketing and business support, including promotion on social media platforms like Instagram. You’ll receive a startup guide tailored to your local township’s regulations and Sola’s requirements. 
4. What types of studio spaces are available at Sola Salons? Sola Salons offers a variety of studio options, including single, large single, and double studios. Availability may vary, but some studios feature special amenities like windows or a quiet atmosphere in our spa section—ideal for wellness services that require a serene environment. All studios are compliant with state board regulations, ensuring your business meets the necessary standards.
