All utilities are covered, and our maintenance team takes care of plumbing, Wi-Fi, electrical, and HVAC issues. Plus, we offer an after-hours maintenance emergency line for extra support.
2. Are there any restrictions on operating hours? No restrictions! You have 24/7 access to your studio, giving you complete control of your schedule—one of the best perks of being independent. The building locks at night for safety, but you can buzz clients in at any time.
3. What is the lease term, and are there flexible options? We offer one and two-year leases with weekly rent payments. Our standard is the two-year lease, which helps you save money and earn loyalty rewards with future renewals.
