Dr. Katie Landier, PT, DPT, GCS, NCPT® Certified Pilates Instructor

Dr. Katie Landier is a licensed physical therapist, Board-Certified Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy, and NCPT® Certified Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. As the founder of Day One Physical Therapy & Pilates, she blends evidence-based physical therapy, pelvic health expertise, and Pilates-based movement to create accessible, empowering care for every client.

A Henderson native, Katie earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Creighton University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northern Arizona University. She has advanced training in pelvic health (Herman & Wallace, PelviEd) and menopause care (Heather Hirsch Academy). After becoming a mom in 2024, Katie shifted her practice to focus on prenatal, postpartum, and perimenopausal through post-menopausal wellness—while still loving her roots in geriatric care.

Katie’s approach is holistic, compassionate, and deeply client-centered. Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, core weakness, recovery after childbirth, or simply want to feel stronger and more balanced, Katie helps you build strength from the ground up so you can enjoy whatever makes your heart sing.
