She began by developing a loyal clientele at a bustling local barbershop before joining an esteemed men’s grooming studio in Birmingham, where she became one of the founding stylists and refined her craft in a truly elevated setting.

A two-and-a-half-year chapter in Houston deepened her mastery of traditional barbering techniques, blending classic skill with modern style. Returning to Michigan in 2021, Tori rejoined the Birmingham team and went on to manage the location, strengthening the client relationships that remain at the heart of her work.

Today, as the founder of Tori Rae Co., she offers a private, one-on-one experience built on listening, precision, and care — a space where every appointment is tailored, unhurried, and personal.
