About Lauren Harrison
Lauren has over 25 years of experience in the hair industry. With a drive to continually learn more, she has taken countless training courses all over the country. Through this she decided she wanted to help more guests that are experiencing hair loss. This took her down a path of becoming a certified Trichologist and Hair Loss Specialist with the US Trichology Institute and the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). With this new knowledge she hopes to be able to help more people struggling to find answers and solutions to their hair loss and scalp conditions.
Previously, she spent 13 years working for a high-end salon in the Puget Sound, once being ranked in the top 10 most requested hair designers in the entire company of 9 locations and hundreds of designers with her previous employer.
She decided to branch out on her own in 2013 after her second child was born and opened Lauren Harrison Design Studio. She was briefly located in Bellevue before moving the salon to Redmond. Now the studio can be found in Mill Creek which is closer to home. She is located within Sola Salon Studios in the Sprouts Market complex.

Lauren does a great job with hair. I keep a very low maintenance cut and she got that. Immediately when I told her that, she found where my part fell, where my hair flowed and took an understanding in the basic shape it held. From there she created a great style that works with my lifestyle and is super maintainable. The second time I went in she even took a moment to gage how fast my hair grew out to help create a good length that would last between cuts. Will definitely be back.
