Nicole Miga

I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years.  I've gotten experience in Ayurvedic spas, chiropractic, and mobile massage.  I have become certified in prenatal, and am currently working toward a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.  My specialty is therapeutic massage, which I tailor to each individual client's needs.  This could include a number of different techniques and modalities that I've studied over the years; swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial, joint mobilization, Ayurvedic techniques, and of course stretching!  My ultimate goal at the end of each session is to make my client feel better.  All I hope for in this life is to do my little part, and make people feel better.  If I can put a smile on someone's face, and relieve someone's suffering in some small way, that is worth living for!!
