Angela Torresiani

Angela Torresi is Staten Island’s only permanent makeup artist with the internationally recognized distinction of CPCP (Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional) from the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and is honored to be a SPCP Lifetime Member. Angela apprenticed as a tattoo artist in 1997 in NYC and began working full time as a professional tattoo artist in 2001 in Tacoma, WA. She studied permanent make up in 2003 and has since worked as a tattoo artist/PMU artist in Tacoma WA (2001-2006), Stuttgart, Germany (2006-2010) and NYC (1997-1998, 2003, 2010-present).

Angela is a Bronc Pro Team Artist and is deeply invested in the Tattoo /PMU industry. She served on the SPCP Board of Directors from 2018-2020 as Communications Chair, and from 2018-2023 as Board President. The Alliance of Professional Tattooists APT Board of Directors 2025-Present as Secretary, serves on thr NEHA Body Art Committee, is a Vagar Pro Ambassador and a Bronc Pro Team Sponsored Aritst.

 Angela has been recognized for her many written contributions to multiple industry publications, has published several of her own PMU Books and is a recognized industry leader, trainer and speaker.
