Hi, I’m Michelle “Micki” Kaskie—a 41-year-old devoted mom of three and a stylist who believes beauty should feel as good as it looks. I specialize in hair extensions and hair loss solutions for men and women, creating looks that restore confidence and celebrate individuality.

As an AuDHD stylist, I experienced sensory overload with traditional extension methods. Instead of giving up, I turned that challenge into innovation. I designed Mixie Mane, a double-stranded, interchangeable halo that lets you change color, volume, and length effortlessly—without the discomfort. What began as a personal solution has grown beyond my chair, with Mixie Mane featured on the NYFW runway and in an upcoming feature film. It’s proof that a positive mindset and a little creativity can turn obstacles into opportunities.

When I’m not serving clients in my cozy Lancaster, PA studio, you’ll find me backstage in hair and makeup for runway and film, bringing calm, care, and craft to fast-paced sets. Whether you’re navigating hair loss, craving a transformation, or simply want hair that feels like you, my mission is simple: to help you feel comfortable, confident, and beautifully you—inside and out.
