Hi, I’m Lydia, the founder of True Self Electrolysis. My own journey with unwanted hair caused by PCOS showed me how deeply it can affect confidence and self-esteem—and how life-changing electrolysis can be. That experience inspired me to train professionally at the Monterey Bay Institute of Electrology, where I graduated with the skills and expertise to help others find the same freedom.
